At Recollection Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it securely to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand over your parcel to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to ensure your return begins its journey back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Credit
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
